I believe that this issue should not be closed. There should at least be some time of resource provided to the reporter so that they can work to help this issue.

This has nothing to do with the public infrastructure and we should stop wasting the time of our limited public works staff. This is the responsibility of the county social services department and people should conscription the county board of supervisors.
