Description

Trying this again. the Parking Lot owners are completely negligent of their property. Growing weeds, garbage, needles/urine surrounding the encampments, etc. there is an RV that's been parked right on the street (a couple hundred feet down from the 880 on ramp) for months and the stench from the urine and whatnot is so bad I have to cover my face everytime I walk by. they've also made the sidewalk their front porch so one must walk out into the street to pass through. there has been a rotten carton of milk and bookshelf (in the photo) on the sidewalk for months now too. Today I stepped over two syringes. Can't someone make them responsible for cleaning up their property?
