Description

this stretch of 3rd street starting at Adeline and south to about Filbert is an absolute disastrous nightmare, and has been headed that way for years. it has gone from bad to horrible in the last few weeks. numerous people have reported it here on 311 (including me) and I even had an email exchange with someone in the paving department about 3 years ago. this is a major thoroughfare for trucks, cars and bikes and is incredibly dangerous. I have to either drive in the bike lane or bike on the sidewalk. I am also going to contact Carol Fife's office and whoever else I can think of to escalate this.
