Description

There is a blue van that has been parked on the corner of 25th and Telegraph for over 3 months now. I've seen people do drugs and drink all day in that van. There are also a lot of people come in and out of that van and there is always loud music and arguing coming the people gathering and sitting in the van at all hours of the day. It does not move for street clean so that part of the street is never cleaned. Please tow this van away from this area it is making living in this building unbearable
