This goes on all over the north end of Bridgeport. Greedy landlords illegally converting single-family homes to rental units and renting to 4 to 6+ Sacred Heart students. It is illegal, against zoning codes to rent to more than four unrelated people yet we would bet there are about 50 landlords in the north end doing it. City of Bridgeport really needs to get on this.

#255 Sunrise also has multiple illegal dwellings (at least 3 kitchens), but there has been no action from the City
